Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom manufacturing, Weave maintains a strict refund policy.

1. No Refunds After Printing Starts

  • No refunds are provided once the printing process has started, whether the product is custom-made or selected from existing designs.

2. Manufacturing Defects

A refund or reprint may be offered only if:

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect, and

  • The defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect specifications provided by the customer

  • Issues resulting from customer-provided 3D files

  • Minor variations inherent to 3D printing

  • Shipping delays outside Weave’s control

4. Refund Review Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed by Weave.

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are final and made at Weave’s sole discretion.
