Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom manufacturing, Weave maintains a strict refund policy.
1. No Refunds After Printing Starts
No refunds are provided once the printing process has started, whether the product is custom-made or selected from existing designs.
2. Manufacturing Defects
A refund or reprint may be offered only if:
The product has a clear manufacturing defect, and
The defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect specifications provided by the customer
Issues resulting from customer-provided 3D files
Minor variations inherent to 3D printing
Shipping delays outside Weave’s control
4. Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed by Weave.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Final Decision
All refund decisions are final and made at Weave’s sole discretion.
