By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Company Overview

Weave is a 3D printing company that designs, manufactures, and sells 3D-printed products. All printing and production are carried out directly by Weave.

2. Products and Orders

• Customers may:

  • Purchase ready-made products listed on the website, or

  • Request custom-made 3D-printed products.

• Customers who wish to print their own 3D designs may submit their files via WhatsApp at +201013238080.

• By submitting a design file, the customer confirms that they own the rights to the file and that it does not violate any intellectual property or legal rights.

3. Order Processing

• All orders are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Production begins only after full payment is received.

• Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Payments

• All payments must be completed online before production begins.

• Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:

  • InstaPay

  • Vodafone Cash

• Cash on Delivery is not available.

• Failure to complete payment will result in the order not being processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Weave delivers worldwide.

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and shipping providers.

• Weave is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy outlined below and are strictly limited due to the custom nature of 3D printing.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, product designs, images, and text belong to Weave unless stated otherwise.

• Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Weave shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from improper use of products

• Issues arising from customer-provided design files

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
